Several tones of blue were dyed in layers for these dark but bright blue leggings. A neat feature I didn't even realize would look so good when I painted them is the stars climbing up the back of the leg. These are your next go-to leggings for many season!
These full length yoga leggings were sewn by Dharma Trading Co before I applied the batik process. There is a gusset on the inseam for maximum flexibility for athletics. The seams were sewn with 100% cotton thread. Fabric is is 92% cotton and 8% Elastane medium weight.
For the batik leggings pictured here, the model is 5'4", about a dress size 2-4, and wearing a size Small. I'm a size 8 and wearing size Medium in the last picture.
The length is measuredfrom the waistline to the ankle, and is approximate:
Small - top to bottom - 34"
Medium - 34.5"
Large - 35
XL - 36
2XL - 36.5
3X - 35.5
The width is measured at the banded waistline, not stretched:
XS - 11" across
